Right of Admission Reserved

1. Check-in: Entry requires a signed Camping/Visitor Form and full payment.
2. Tags: You will be issued a numbered tag (Red for Camping, Green for Day Visiting) to be used for entry, rentals, and fishing.
3. Liability: Use of all facilities (pools, dams, camping, play areas, ablution block, animal enclosure etc.) is at your own risk. The signatory is responsible for informing their entire group of the Wonderland 45 rules.
4. Checkout: Before leaving, please return rentals, pay for fish caught, settle your account, and sign out on your form. We are not responsible for lost property, make sure to pack up all your belongings.
5. Temporary Access: A 15-minute “Blue Tag” is available for quick drop-offs or collections.
6. Wonderland 45 is a privately owned property. The owner reserves the right to inspect vehicles and belongings and may order any guest to leave the resort immediately in the event of misconduct.

General Rules & Indemnity

1. Indemnity: The owners, management, and employees of Wonderland 45 shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death (including drowning or attempted suicide), loss, theft, or damage to property occurring on the premises. This applies to the use of all facilities, equipment, dams, and swimming pools, as well as any actions by other visitors.
2. Supervision: Please note: There are no lifeguards on duty. Children must always be under adult supervision, particularly near the swimming pools, dams, play park, ablution or reception block, the petting zoo, etc.
3. Animal Care: Do not feed the animals anything other than the feed you can purchase the Reception supplied by Wonderland 45. Do not enter the animal enclosure. Stay behind the fencing.
4. Pets: All pets must always be on a lead/leash and under the owner’s control.
5. Noise & Conduct: Loud music and disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
6. Quiet Hours: Silence must be observed between 22:00 and 06:00.
7. Privacy: Please respect the privacy and property of other guests.
8. Fireworks: No crackers or fireworks are allowed.
9. Driving: Drive slowly and carefully; speeding is not permitted this is applicable to the roads inside the resort as well as the road towards the main road, adhere to the speed limit, be carefull of the speed bumps, open and close the gates again.
10. Damages: Any person found trespassing, committing theft, or causing malicious damage will be held liable for all associated costs and losses.
11. Speeldam: No stone throwing or flicking is allowed in the Speeldam.
12. Cleanliness: Littering is prohibited. Please use the bins provided and ensure your stand is kept clean during your stay and left tidy upon departure.
13. SWIMMING. No swimming is allowed in Dams 1,2,4,5,6,7,8. These dams are strictly for fishing only. Swimming is allowed in the Speeldam (Dam 3) and in the swimming pool.

Fishing Rules

1. Gear: Keep-nets and fishing nets are not permitted.
2. Catch & Release: Carp, Catfish (Baber), Tilapia (Kurper), and Bass are strictly catch-and-release and must be returned carefully to the water. If a fish is bleeding or dies upon being caught, it must be purchased at the price per Kg applicable.
3. Trout: Trout may be released only if caught via fly fishing. If caught using bait or any other method, the fish must be purchased. NO BAIT ALLOWED ON A FLY. Hand the caught fish over to the Wonderland 45 employee to clean the fish and keep it cold in the Reception until your departure where you can collect and pay for it.
4. Hooks: Double or treble hooks are not allowed. Extra hooks must be removed or covered with cork.
5. Barbless Fishing: Barbs must be flattened to prevent injury to the fish.
6. No Fishing Zones: Fishing is strictly prohibited in the Speeldam (children’s play area); there are no fish in this dam.
7. Tackle: Please use appropriate fishing tackle. A R300.00 fine will be issued if a line breaks due to incorrect methods or equipment.

Refunds

1. No refunds will be issued for early departures or if you are instructed/requested to vacate the premises by Wonderland 45 Management.
2. Cancellations are eligible for a refund only if made at least two (2) days prior to the scheduled arrival date via email or Message.
