Terms & Conditions

1. No keep-nets are allowed. Scoop or landing nets (skepnet) must be used. Please handle fish with great care. When you put the fish back in the water, let them in safely – DO NOT THROW THEM IN as the fish may die. 
2. Carp, Catfish (Barbel), Tilapia (kurper) and Bass are strictly catch and release. 
3. No double or treble hooks are allowed. The extra hooks must be cut off or replaced with a single hook. 
4. Barbs on the hooks should be flattened to avoid injury to the fish. 
5. If any fish is injured or bleeding, when caught, it must be bought at R148.00 per Kg. 
6. No bait is allowed on a flyfishing rod.  
7. No night fishing is allowed in the dams that have trout between 18:00 to 06:00. 
8. A R1000 fine will be issued if anyone breaks any of the fishing rules

General Rules

1. Right of admission reserved. 
2. You enter Wonderland 45 premises and make use of all facilities at your own risk. 
3. The owner, management or employees of Wonderland 45 will not be held liable for any loss or damages that occur on the premises as a result from the use of our facilities. 
4. Children must always be under adult supervision, especially when using the bathrooms, swimming pools, dams, play park, petting zoo or any other facilities. Do not feed the animals anything other than the food/feed for sale at reception. 
5. Pets are allowed but must always be on a leash. 
6. No loud music, noise or foul language is allowed, nor any activity which may disturb the other guests. 
7. Silence must be maintained in the camp from 22:00 until 06:00. 
8. Respect the privacy and property of the other guests. 
9. No firing of crackers is allowed. 
10. No speeding is allowed on the roads or in camp. 
11. Trespassers or any person guilty of malicious damage or committing theft will be held liable for any costs and losses involved and a criminal case opened. 
12. No littering in or around the dams or facilities. Rubbish bins are supplied. Keep and leave your stand in a clean condition during your stay and upon departure.
